cool trail have races here on a regular basis so it is very well maintained. Transitions from fast open single track, to hilly wooded technichal single track. take all the extetions for experts to make it intresting
get off I-85 on manchester expressway, go east. take a left on warm springs road. about 3-5 miles down this road is flat rock park. follow road around to where it takes a distinct right. parking on right. trail cros the road.
